Jersey City Driver Update

It's not that we are the second-best drivers, it's that we kill the second-least amount of pedestrians.

It's probably because there are so many potholes and people jay-walking, you can't get a good speed going.

And we all know it takes a fair amount of speed to kill someone, right.
